Making an Incompatible (Voltage) Video Card Work

I have an Asus A7N8X-DX that only accepts 1.5V AGP cards. Except I fubar'd my Radeon 9500 Pro and I only have a Kyro 2 card which is 3.3V only. I've tried it anyways and it doesn't work. Is there anyway to modify it to work?

Its Incompatible because it doesnt work,that's what Incompatible means.

Just grab yourself a cheap mx card until you replace your 9500
