Making an account in Windows NT 4.0 have admin access

User Manager is not in my Control Panel, nor in the control panel of the administrators account. Can I have a little more detail about how to find it? Thanks! 🙂

Start -> programs -> administrative tools (common) -> user manager

the top section contains users the bottom section is groups.. double click on the Administrators group..then click ADD.. select the user you want to be an admin and thats it.

Good luck
