Making a template

Don't know whether I can explain this problem.

I have someone who is looking to make a template for some forms he has to fill out (about 13 pages worth) each day at the end of his job. When he comes home, he simply types that information in and that's the end of it. The trouble is he has to do that manually on Word rather than automatic because the places where the fields are at move.

For instance, if he types something say like "Reasons for Rejection":

Reasons for Rejection: Matthew ______________________________________________

The line underneath where the field is would move, as well with other fields in this template. How do I make a template where I can fix this? Is there another program I would need?

You can save the word document as a template, and have predefined fields in the document. Then just move the fields whenever you need to. Simple and inefficient but effective.
