Making a MAGAZINE, what's teh best publishing sftre

i am wondering what is teh best publishing software outthere, cause i am a layout person for this nonprofit magazine, and i don't know what the best is out there, currently i am using pagemaker 7 but it's horrible with pics!!

can you guys help???

need name/who makes it/version?

i am using WINXP

I think Quark is the industry standard for magazine and the like. Never used to personally though, so I cannot comment.

Yes, Mitzi hit it right on the head. You might also want to use Photoshop. Hope this helps.
