Making a disk image of WinXP - Possible? How do I do it?

Is it possible to make a disk to disk copy of WinXP? Say I have an old 16GB Hd, trying to put my Files on a 73GB Raptor..... but don't have the xp disk any longer....

What's the best way to do this?

I have Norton Ghost 10.0

72GB raptor is Sata, the other isn't.

on that page I saw there is a "Windows XP Pro boot disk (XP)
Boot disk for Windows XP Pro (ntldr, ntdetect.com, boot.ini)"

What is the boot disk for what does it do? Like a repair of windows?

why don't you connect both disks on the same system box and then just do a copy paste.
i've done it tons of times.

Put in the sata disk alone and install the drivers and format, so it will be bootable. Then use the hdrive manufacturer disk to clone or replace the drive.
Ghost should handle it if you add the sata drivers to make it boot. See the documentation.
If your using that old a drive, I doubt that old a motherboard even supports sata drives.
If you are trying to migrate to a new drive and motherboard, you can still clone or image it, but you will run into activation problems and/or lisencing issues.
