Making a CD that auto installs WinXP and apps?

I'm pretty sure it was on this forum where a guy made an automatic xp install CD that automatically installed xp with all the settings he liked and installed all of the apps as well using hidden installs... not just a Norton Ghost image.

Anyone know how to do this?

I have never heard of anything like that. Not saying it can't be done, but this is the first time I have seen this question..

Then again, why not just go with a Norton image? It's just as good, IMHO.

ditto, all around... i use Ghost and don't personally know how to create a WinXP already-installed CDR without it.
