i'm basically looking for a program to dial into my voicemail so i can record it onto my computer. I'm running XP and the main issue i'm having with the windows dialer and all the different phone programs i've downloaded is that none of them seem to be able to dial any numbers once i place the call.
I'm aware the XP dialer has a keypad but clicking the numbers doesn't seem to do anything after the call begins.

background info: someone hit my car from behind, we exchanged numbers, i gave her mine and then used her phone to call my phone to get her number. however, she neglected to hang her phone up so it ended up recording us discussing the accident and her having a little spat with her son

run a line form the headphone out to the line in of your pc and use sound recorder? thats how id do it if you have the right connections.

i actually figured it out, i simply made the initial call with the computer and then picked up a regular telephone and dialed the necessary numbers then hung it up again before i started the recording, thanks anyways
