Make it stop!!! Mouse problems..

Stupid me, I installed a driver update for my mouse and for some reason it has made the mouse focus on boxes (like 'OK' or 'CLOSE') and I can't take it off...

I've already looked in the mouse config in control panel and it does not have the "snap to" checked. What am I missing here? I've tried unloading the driver, but that didn't seem to help.

Control panel, mouse, one of the tabs has an option of snapping the mouse to the default option on message boxes.
edit: oh, you tried that. Try reenabling it, then disabling it and see if that works.
