make $10GC unpromotional?

I remember back inthe times of $150 MCI GC, it was also promotional GC, but people got around it somehow for the $50 of $200 GC. I think they ordered something cheap and the remainder of the certificate became non-promotional or something of that sort. Now, is there anything for less than a dollar on amazon?

1) People got in trouble with the stuffy mods on here last time they mentioned ways of getting around the promotional GC.
2) If you do find something for $1 you're probably gonna wind up spending $3 - $4 on shipping and you'll have wasted $5 on something you didn't want in the first place. At $10 it's really not worth all the Hot Deal Kung-Fu magic to try to combine it with another offer.
