This only happens because of the modern Welfare State the USA has become. If these people had to take care of and provide for these babies all on their own, like they should, then the trend would be the opposite. Then again the real result would more than likely be just as many births with most dying rather young. Liberals cannot allow that to happen so I have to pay to make sure that someday no one will be able to afford to support the majority.

An observation I made the other day at my niece's middle school graduation is that minorities generally have more babies than whites (at least in that small sample). There were only about 3 white families in the whole gymnasium that carried in a baby seat. Majority of the Black and Hispanic families had babies, and many of them had multiples. The family behind me had around 10 people. There was a grandmother, then a daughter and her husband, then about 4 kids age 4-10, then 3 or 4 kids under 4 (2 of them were in baby seats).

My mother's has 12 brothers and sisters (we are white), and she mentioned that it wasn't abnormal when she was young for families to be that large. Now it seems most whites don't have large families any more, and they have the children much later in life.

Lower class, uneducated people tend to have more children. A larger percentage of minorities fall into the lower class category than white people do. None of this is really any surprise.
