Major US retailers that Ship/Bill to the UK? are there any?

OK...A friend of mine is moving here, but he still has a UK issued CC, and he wants to order some stuff to be here when he moves. He cant get a CC issued off an american bank until he has a US address, so what he needs is a store that will bill to the UK but ship to the US

thanks...any others by chance? can you order stuff to the US, but billed to the UK thru amazon.com? or do you have to do it thru amazon.co.uk or whatever it is? damn, fine print is confusing 🙂

thanks ross, but i looked and you cant bill to UK and ship to US, and for international orders minumum is 500, and you need to wire them money 🙁
 
I have no clue how UK cc's work, does he have a standard Visa or MasterCard?

Is it 16 digits with expiration date like the US has?

If it's a matter of billing address being in the UK and shipping in the USA, he or someone he knows should buy him a temporary one time use cc such as a WebCertificate.
 
thats a great idea, thanks! they are the same CC, but most all stores wont take non-US addresses as billing addresses.
