Major Transparency Bug in IE

There is a major transparency bug in IE that my friend and I noticed in 5.5, but it is still there in 6. The problem is with PNGs that have a
transparent background. If anybody else has noticed this, tell me. My site works fine when viewed with Netscape.

Ive read about most browsers not supporting PNG fully.
I think it was somewhere on this site where they have PNG compatibility info
