Yes it would be a different place and at least we wouldn't be suffering the consequences of our supporting Israel but the cats out of the bag and here we are, so afraid that we are willing to sacrafice our liberties.

Rofl@Red dawn..hahaha

Which is why pro-Israeli fan clubbers have all the vision of a a single cell primitive organism.
A rising tide can lift all regional boats, but if Israeli greed rules the day, any Israeli efforts to only develop the rising tide, will sink in Israeli greed.

Think JediY think, or is that impossible for you to do?

After all, JediY, there is not a single more indefatigable target to international terrorism than an off shore oil rig. If Israel stays stuck in stupid, yes, a falling tide can sink all boats.

Or we can look at it from the international funding side, why should they only fund Israel
when Israel is stuck on stupid?

Because the new reality now becomes, the only to achieve that mid east rising tide that lifts all boats, is with the initial down payment of a Palestinian State.

I do believe that a small but powerful group of "jewish political industrials" in Israel makes decisions based on a religious delusional idea that the jewish people are the the promised people and all other people on this planet can rot in hell in their view. While most ordinary jewish people do not think this way, i am sure that if we look around in Israel only we will find enough to make a difference. There is always 2 sides to every story and the victim story gets kind of old.

For those that so proudly defend the aid to Israel and assume the US needs Israel, they clearly forgot about aipac which to me gives the opposite view that Israel needs the US. Which is a bit strange.

I think this explains it all :

Peace in the middle east is not going to happen. It is no different then the cold war. If only those jews / roman catholics / Christians knights / missionaries had not been so greedy and deceitful against the people in the middle east just before the Islam got momentum. Because the Islam entered the middle east with ease because of the frustration and anger against those robbing and stealing crooks from the west during 600 ad to 1000 ad. It always comes down to karma. Treat good people bad and they will not forget you. Not even centuries later. Especially if they have nothing else to do than talk about family history. Besides that, education would help a lot too. But that is not what the wealthy arabs in the middle east want. Because then they would no longer stay healthy wealthy if the poor people got educated.

Jews died along side muslims during the crusades. to think somehow the jews were helping the christian fanatics is to believe in fallacies such as blood libel.

Exactly my point :).
When it comes to money, some people easily forget their morals or religion or their "heritage" and sell out their companions. That is what i am writing because it is true. It has nothing to do with race or religion. It happens everywhere.

But remember, this is long before the crusades started.
IIRC.
It was an Egyptian "crazy" man that destroyed a church. This was all the christian church needed to start the crusades. And even when the muslims expressed that they wanted to rebuild the church, it was of no use. There was to much fear on both sides. The blood shed of the crusade knights where legendary and extremely vicious when in an enraged blood arousal back then.

Nobody is innocent fresh gear dude. What i mentioned in my post is that there will always be rotten appels, everywhere no matter the ethnic background.

Just look at the history of Russia in Communist Stalin USSR. Read about the ethnic background of some of the mass murderers in the USSR. You may not like it, just after the 2nd war ended this was forbidden knowledge. This still is forbidden knowledge in Israel it seems. How many people there know of the horrors of for example Genrikh Yagoda.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Genrikh_Yagoda

Co -inventer of the gulag system. Slave labour camps (concentration camps) (1936) before the WW2 started and where Germany alone was accused of already existed and invented a few years earlier by people with a Jewish background.

I hate to bring it to you, but ethnic background does not make someone special.

EDIT:

To add one more :

We support Israel because it's right. Over a bunch of fundis with no human rights around them and whose dream it is to see them annihilated. It's like seeing a woman getting raped in subway by a gang. You could sit there on the bench or take a stabbing maybe to save her.
