major flickering when doing ram benchmarking

I was benchmarking my old system with Sandra. I took out my pci voodoo3 and I did the benchmarking with the default integrated SiS530 video card that came with it. When I do the ram test, the screen starts to kind of wobble around for a few min, until the test is done, I was thinking that this had something to do with the integrated memory that is being used by the video card, since it's agp, but then I read some article about how some guy had the same problem, but when his HDD was working, he said that he changed the power supply, and it started to work fine.

I don't think it's my power supply, because it only does this when I am using the ram for some stressful benchmarking. Any help would be appreciated.
