Major Component Change: What do you Think? Suggestion is Welcome

Ok, basiclly I plan on getting an Opty 175 with the Zalman Fatality Heatsink

2 1 gig stick of Corsair Value Select Ram and Asus A8N32 Mobo

Switching from the current Setup that I have now in my sig.

I am mainly using this comp to code and compile and running vmware with multi OS.

Cpu will be overclock I don't think I will touch the ram tho. or Vid card

What do u guys think??

If the cpu will overclock, you might as well get the opteron 165 or 170. Max OC'ed freq doesnt vary too much between the opterons so long as your board can handle it. It will save you a few bucks then you can upgrade the memory or whatever.
