Main hard drive detected wrongly after SP1 in Win2k

Hi,

After installing SP1 for Win2k, my 20GB primary master hard drive (Maxtor DiamondMax 20GB) is detected as a 7GB hard drive which is not formatted. Win2k is installed in my secondary slave (horrible choice, I know) hard drive which is a 5GB Quantum Fireball.

When I tried to install Win2k on the Maxtor previously, I will get the famous error message IRQ_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL after patching it up to SP1. Anyone knows whether SP2 will solve this problem?
