Main Anandtech page not displaying right

I'm running IE7 on Vista 32-bit and since the AT site update the main page is too wide, and while loading it progressively moves this horizontal black bar down the screen as the content comes up. I thought these were just glitches being worked out since they just updated, but I loaded the site in a computer lab today with XP, IE7, and the same resolution (12x10) and it was much narrower and also did not have the black bar while loading.

Anyone else see this?
