I'm looking for a program to run a mailing list on a Windows machine. I used a program like this a while back - you run it on your local machine, and it occassionaly checks the various e-mail addresses you have set up for accepting commands, sending a message to the mailing list, etc. Then of course it executes those commands, manages your list, etc. Is there a good, free/cheap, windows program out there that will do that?
