I have a database for a club. It contains list of club members, and a list of events held by the club. One of my queries matches the members with the events that they attended in a given time frame.
Can I mail merge the query into a Word file? Basically, I want to use a form letter that reads like this.
I have been able to do this with an access report, but I would prefer to do it within Word so that I can put it on letterhead and easily adjust the layout.
