Mail fraud question

I was just thinking...if you participate in fraud via USPS, it's a felony (no?)
do the same rules apply to UPS and fed Ex?
NO, I have no plans to participate in mail fraud, just curious
 
i think it has more to do with interfering with interstate commerce, at least that's what i've learned from the sopranos.

I don't know...For some reason the thought just popped in my head. Like the nigerian money scams and what not. Sounds like Yossarian has the right idea
