I don't know what's going on with olives.. but I would buy Filippo Berrio Olive Oil for cooking and frying for like $18-20..

Now it's like $45 cheapest.. sometimes as high as $60. On amazon it's 63.77.. not that I would buy it from there.

View attachment 113107

P.S. If someone would like to point me to some American grown/ made Olive Oil which is cheaper.. please tell me. I try and eat healthy whenever I can.

I bought this at Costco one week ago:

Kirkland Organic 100% Italian 2L extra virgin olive oil 26.99

I'm guessing Floriduh.

And btw.. why the fuck would these dum dums vote Trump??

That's like going to Spain to run with the bulls and saying I hope the bulls don't gore me because it would wreck your insides.

I mean it's pretty clear he half asses everything he does.

They will deport MAYBE a million people after two years, take a victory lap and call it a day.

I think you underestimate how much they hate the darkies.

They're not deporting them.. they're turning them into fertilizer for the farmers and going to make examples of it!

Didn't you see the Nazi rally at MSG? It didn't scare people at all.. they voted for it!

Unless I’m misremembering the past, coffee is better and cheaper now than it was forty years ago.

I remember my MiL having a meltdown when a 3 lb. can of coffee went to $10 in the 70s. The coffee pot was ALWAYS on in their house.

Pay a living wage or use robots.

If you take a look at what the Tories did in the UK..

They basically sold everything off to billionaires and bankrupted the country.. so that anyone with any common sense or ability is trying to GTFO and into the EU.

The smart ones had already left pre-brexit and had legal status elsewhere. I mean the media likes to make fun of the economy in France but if you watch pre-brexit english families who relocated to France.. they're making a killing and love the fact they got out.. feeling sorry for family members who didn't listen.

It could be a situation like that where Trump sells off all our natural resources, bankrupts the country, disbands the army and whoever comes next for the next 100 years is unable to clean up the mess.

And even with stocks.. look at Palantir (Peter Thiel), look at Amazon (Bezos).. they're dumping their stocks en masse at all time highs.. usually you hear about stock buybacks.. not right now!

And just like we were wondering why the billionaires were sucking up to Trump.. they probably had better polling that we did pre-election and currently they think a storm an economic hurricane is coming.. time to get out of the market.

Do you think he's going to march into red state farms and deport their workers?? He's not going to hurt his buddies or their businesses. They will magically be exempt from deportations and even tariffs.

Stock market is about to have it's first 7 day losing streak for the first time in a long time. I'm going to buy a laptop before they cost 50% more in a few months.
This is what you voted for.

That's a good price. Does it say organic on the label? Not all SFBay varieties are organic.

I usually keep 4-5 months supply on hand. I'm not a coffee snob and just buy a pack or two when there's a deal.
I ALWAYS get the SF Bay ORGANIC, says it right on the label. I sometimes get a couple of bags, especially if it's at a better price than usual. I'm due to get at least one bag when I go next week. Yeah, I'm not a coffee snob either. I even drink some instant on occasion when I don't want a full cup or am in a hurry.

Once in a while Costco has a competively priced whole bean organic of some brand on sale and I pick up on that, but it's been a long time since I've seen that.

I have 2 laptops from 2010 and 2016 that I breathed new life into by installing LMDE and just throwing another RAM stick and SSD into.

He said his entire shit would be gone forever after 2 days, but he's not worried because he doesn't think it's going to really happen? Trump didn't build the wall, and he didn't replace Obama Care. But I think he will carry out his plans to deport brown people. I can't even imagine how much a gallon of milk will cost after that. And cereal's made with grains which are grown by farmers.

A bowl of cereal costing $10 probably isn't far fetched if Trump does what he says. And that's assuming you'd even be able to find milk and cereal in stock.
Maybe that's a good thing so that people who voted for him know what those policies actually translate to. Not gonna be fun times for the average person though.

"They're not really going to do that"
"We have to trust our officials that are put in place"

If you didn't vote for them based on the notion that they're going to do the things they said they'd do, what exactly is this "trust" based on?
"I can trust this guy because I know he's lying to me" 😐

I couldn't believe people are this stupid..

But the harder part is figuring out how they reached their reasoning.. is it devotion to Trump or hate of the darkies?

I'm typing at this moment on a Dell Vostro 17 that's over 10 years old. I hate 16:9 format on laptops now. Replaced 2 keyboards, upgraded CPU, memory, replaced hard drives with SSDs, WIFI/Bluetooth chip. I have another Dell much newer, but the display and the way they used the SSD for a buffer T'd me off, so it sits waiting for me to reimage it with double the SSD memory and make it the main drive with the other hard drive as data storage.

I use a USB port to connect to an actual keyboard so no keyboard issues.

As for the other sheesh.. btw try and do some research before you buy as to what laptop is the easiest to open up and repair yourself.

I bought a laptop in 2007.. a Toshiba satelite and although it was good for 3 years.. it was a pain in the ass to open and clean.. had to let it die after even playing a youtube video would make it overheat!

I'm never buying another Dell laptop, out of all the brands I've owned in the last couple decades, they've held up the worst over time. I do have a couple older ones that could stand to be refreshed with a new SSD, maybe I'll get on that...

One reason why I used to buy Dell outlet stuff was all of the YouTube vids about replacing stuff on Dell laptops. Microsoft is starting it's threat of not supporting Win 10 starting at the end of 10/2025 and my old gear doesn't have the new hardware features to support Win 11 security requirements.

My first laptop was a lenovo Thinkpad T60 in 2006, still have it, still works fine. Have bought several Lenovo Thinkpads since, am typing on a P1 Gen3, the latest, bought 4 years ago. The others are another T60 (bought for parts off Ebay, but I fixed it's issues, which were NOT parts!), a used T61 and a P1 Gen1 in 2019.

Other than the Thinkpads have bought a new Acer, went belly up pretty dang quickly, and a used HP, which still kinda works but has issues the Thinkpads don't.

So, Lenovo Thinkpads are AFAIC, the way to go. Cost a little more, but built better and in my experience are not tough to service. All five I've bought still work and I use them. Also there's forums for them.

My last two laptops have been Dell with pretty good experiences but very small sample size. Both were XPS 15 models. The previous one did run hot sometimes but the newer one (five years old) is better in that regard. I upgraded the RAM to 32gb as I used it to edit photos on the go sometimes.

Battery life is ok, nothing great. And I wish it charged with any 85 or 100w USB wart, but you need the Dell brick to charge.

Both my XPS 15 had touch screens. I love the touch screen feature and so glad I chose it with the first one.

*raises his hand*

Yep, we are finishing a kitchen remodel next year that includes a new microwave, range hood, oven, and cooking surface. I've already noticed the prices on my wife's preferred appliances have increased!

We're gonna go purchase these things now and leave em in my garage until we do the remodel. Sucks if there's an issue with the appliance when we finally get around to installing them and turning them on.
This month we’ve spent ~$25k future purchasing these services and items:

Roof for our home.
Roof for the middle kids home.
Electric range, microwave hood, washer and dryer.

But libs have been owned, the browns and the trans have been put in their places.

So despite losing the farm it is still a win .

I was still struggling with why they do that and then I saw these 2 vids on A MAGA page back to back..

The only explanation I can think of is the first one pisses them off so much they lose their minds and common sense and all reason and allow crazy shit to happen that wouldn't normally happen..
