I'm thinking you don't understand penguin tactics very well. I won't explain it to you, but suffice to say, Pirates and Ninjas ain't got shit on the Penguin Army, especially when the Penguin Pirates and Penguin Ninjas come into play.

The game needs to get on a 24 hour schedule, otherwise it will die like the last mafia game ALIVE hosted. With the number of players it will probably take forever to nab the jailkeeper (which is really the only way for team good to realistically move ahead) and start lynching people.

So why doesn't the jail keeper announce himself? Agree with you about the 24-hour cycle bit. GL getting ALIVE to buy in.

thats true but getting the jailer killed gets twice as many people killed every cycle.
 
Well, I did neglect that "reporter" role (I was looking for "cop" and the policeman role didn't match the traditional one) so at least we can find out members of team bad that way. In the mafia game I was referring to, it seemed like we just kept cycling through three different prisoners endlessly in hopes of nabbing all three simultaneously.
