How are you going to handle days/nights? I kind of like how Alive's game went where night phase was over instantly. It was nice being active in the game everyday.

I liked that system as a player, but as a guy running the game and given my work schedule I'm going to have to end the day at 10pm EST.

I feel like there needs to be some gap so that the mafia and werewolves can think about who to kill after the lynch is determined. If it's preferable we could have the lynch locked in at 9pm and have night actions in before 10pm to allow for a one hour long night. Or we could have "night" occur in the morning from 8-9am EST or something. What do you think is best?
