Hi Guys, for the chicago people....... I am coming from Madison WI tommorow. I am taking the bus from UW Madison to amtrak station at Jackson and Canal... What do you suggest for getting into the city... I am going to Licoln Park...There is a huge conference in Chicago, BIO, that I will be attending. (what would be the cheapest/most conveinent way of getting there)

By the way Go Bucky!!!! Anyone watch the hockey game???

You could take the red line, that drops you off right by depaul. It'll be about $2.00 for one way, and if you think you might need to transfer that's another .25

I got 2 bags of Luggage - it wont be a problem right?? I am really Naive about travelling so I apologize for the dumb questions

Taxi will be pretty expensive, but the most convenient. Depending on what time of day you arrive, the luggage shouldn't be too problematic on the bus if you don't mind the dirty looks, but I'd stick with the redline train (the el). It's faster and easier to take luggage on.
