INDIAN chili powder isn't "normal" chili powder. it's pure ground up peppers similar to cayenne

I remember my mom once made "Red Meat " (in hindi its Lal chicken"..

Recepie.. 60 red chillies.. (indian ones). Take inside and outside and put it in a marinade that included a bit of yougrt. Marinate for 24 hrs and then you were to cook them..

my mom has the full recepie.. all I know is that it was SO HOT but oh so good.


man now im craving for some cilli chicken.... waah!
 
i don't get why people think indian food is so spicy. is there a certain regional variety that is more, because punjabi-mughlai food isn't that spicy imho. i think Thai food is FAR spicier.
