Made a nice dump for ECCp-109

I just dumped 22950 for Team_Anandtech_federation.

I am switching some of my machines to rc5 for the last burst to finish it off, i will be back to eccp in a few months hopefully.

enjoy eccp guys.

It seems it only registered 16,000 dps or so! But very nice dump indeed!!

I'm also running RC5 a little! I just want it to end already! 😀

yeah i guess it is still throwing away about 20% of the dps i submit, i dont knwo why it does, it has always done this.

Nice dumpster, Gogeeta! 😀

I will do it the other way round. First ECCp (the first to finish, I suspect), then temporarily back to RC5 and after that reinforce Engineers' troops in the Seti arena.
The three PIV's will stay with Seti, nonetheless. 🙂

Are you going to let the RC5 machines dump on the Feds account? I hope so!! I still have some office machines doing RC5. It is a bit difficult to get to them, since they moved to another location. They still dump to my central proxy though. Right now they have ~100k in WU's. Will see if I can dump them tomorrow, together with some Seti and ECCp work done.

gogeeta13,
It sounds like you have a (few) duplicate ecplists. You can check them manually to see if the third line of numbers is the same, or try this monitor that I use. It works with all Windows/Samba shares, so it's good for networks with *nix OS's.
This monitor reports the third field of userinf.txt to identify each machine. You can change that field without affecting your stats at ND or anything else. It still works even if that field is not unique, you just have to dig a little deeper when you see a machine that has not produced a DP in a long time or has duplicate ecplist info.

If you find two machines with the same ecplist third line, on one of them stop the client and delete the ecplist and plist files. That's it just delete those two files and restart the client. It will start up a new series that will not be a duplicate, and should not duplicate any other machine.

thanks Joe O, i will try that🙂

Peter,

I did some of my own calculations(or rather asked a friend) by my own estimate, eccp isnt even 1/4th done...i think rc5 will finish first

Whoa...nice flush gogeeta13! 😀

I now understand how many DP's that is....now that PeterN and myself have did a little trade and the Feds now get 300+- DP/day from my Dual 1.4G TBird system...🙂

20000 DP's (16000 too) is fantastic! 😀

more...more...more! :Q

Heya Gogeeta,
The 1/4 done for ECCp is based on the 100M DP's :frown: that have to be calculated, which is the estimate on the large side.
The estimate for the 'normal' number of DP's to be calculated, before project ends is somewhere around 58M. 🙂

I'm still hoping that is a somewhat accurate prediction.😀
also, the large dumps by both Ars and DPC (three of over 400k DP's) will help ending this project. I expect some more dumps before the project is finished.

Another thing, I take into consideration:
In the RC5 project we can't overtake the #1 position, unless we get a lot (and I mean a LOT) of firepower.
We don't have to be afraid we will loose the #2 position for now (and if we do, then the team will prevent it from happening 😀)

In the ECCp project, we still have a slight possibility to rise one or two places, as long as we gradually add more power. Machine here, calculator there. 😛

Well, that said, don't take me wrong. I don't want to change your mind and nobody is right or wrong in this. As said, RC5 still has a little bit of my attention. 😀
