Made a new layout for my site - would like some feedback

Many of you have visited my site and I took your feedback and made a new layout. Please check both and tell me which one you like better.

The new layout is very plain and im not sure what to do to make it better. Please post your feedback or e-mail me since I have a bunch of hardware to review and I would like to make the site look as good as possible for you guys.

Looks pretty good. Some kind of border around the logo, and Nav bar would be nice.. But its good.

Frames suck! Soo much work.

It looks so plain. I really dont kno what to do with it.
