The video on this game is screwed. I can't access the menus or anything. I've updated to the latest version, gotten Windows 2000 SP2, the latest Dets, I dunno.

I have a GeForce 4. Thanks, getting kinda pissed :)

Lots of EA sport games are not good with Windows NT base OS. You tried using compatiblity mode to win 98?

what exactly is "screwey" about it? i've had madden installed on both 2000 and xp and i haven't had any problems. only problems i ever faced were instabilities but that was resolved with a good psu and proper detonators.

Well, for example, the videos only play on the right 10% of the screen.
The menus look like multi-colored flashing rectangles
The text looks like smaller black flashing rectangles
When I finally did get into the game, the players would teleport, pieces of them would disappear and reappear, flashing polygons would sweep randomly across the screen.

Stuff like that. My power supply is fine, this is the only game it happens to....

Weird :)

For real. I think that they're probably rushed more than they used to be too. I'd imagine that there are few people trying to run Madded 2002 on W2kPro with a GeForce 4 on a dual motherboard... ;)
