Madden 06 - Mini Camp

Can anyone get Gold on Precision Passing? The one where you throw through the rings?

You need 1000 points to get Gold, and the total for the rings are Gold=75, Silver=50, Bronze=25. So if you get all 9, that is only 450 Points. You get User Catch bonuses, Catch and Turn bonuses... so I have gotten up to 980 points, but that was completing them all, nearly perfectly, and user catching them all!

Am I missing something in this mini camp game? I do well on all the others, clear up to All-Madden level, but this stupid passing one sucks.

How the heck do you get more bonus points? Because this is the Rookie level and I can't get very many... whereas on all other sections, I can get double the Gold points on the Rookie level.

it's the same as every other year.....you can switch to the receiver while the ball is in the air and get bonus catch points....but even without that...it's not hard....Gold on all-madden isn't too hard...just dont' waste time on the lower value rings.

Once you get the ring, it disappears... doesn't it? It does on 2006 anyway...

It's not that hard. You do have to be basically perfect (you only get turn bonuses if you've gotten all the rings and you have tries left), but it's not that hard to be perfect, just takes practice.

I have completed it perfectly, caught every single ring, with a few bonuses, the first time through, numerous times... and I can't get to 1000.

Example:
First "map" [1 throw, completed and got ring], [1 throw, completed and got ring], [1 throw, completed and got ring], 3 Stars given at end in chart thing
Second "map" [1 throw, completed and got ring], [1 throw, completed and got ring], [1 throw, completed and got ring], 3 Stars given at end in chart thing
Third "map" [1 throw, completed and got ring], [1 throw, completed and got ring], [1 throw, completed and got ring], 3 Stars given at end in chart thing
=
980 points.

precision passing is one of the easiest mini-camp exercises for me... Pocket presence, swat ball, and the one where you catch are some of the harder ones for me (can't seem to get gold past rookie ).

I have figured out the way to do the rest
Pocket Presence, you just pretty much stay out of the pocket until you need to throw.
Swat Ball, you need to be running towards the ball a split second before it hits the dummy.
I don't know what you mean about the one where you catch.
