mad photoshopping skills

came upon this pic while reading an article about Iraq which belongs in the middle east area, but was cracking up with the mad skillz this guy has....here is the article

i'm not seeing the mad skills. It looks like it came from PAINTSHOP rather then photoshop. The lighting doesnt match nor is his cutting job any good. Terrible in my opinion.

Umm.. that looks like 2 photos. one of bush giving a speech and other, of the guy listening. They just combined both the photos into one, to save space.
