gus, can you recommend me an adapter to use with PS3 that would give full capability still?

The Mayflash one won't work with these sticks, supposedly.

Ohh hmm weird. I guess I will just go with my original plan and get a dual mod PCB for $30.

Which one? I was looking at Toodles' Cthulhu since it's solder less for PS3 and if I wanted to add other consoles I can solder those connections later.

I was thinking of doing MC Cthulhu with neutrik RJ-45 since it's so cheap. I am trying to decide if I want to do 360 compatible so if I do I will end up with the Akishop PS360+ with an impv2 so I can use wii u and ps360+ boards with same neutrik output.

I made a stick out of toodle's Cthulhu PCB, (solder less version) and I'm getting problems where the buttons stops working until I screw the terminals down again. It's a pain in the ass, and it happens way too often. Go with solder, and if you can't, I'm sure somebody will help you!

How do their products compare to CH Products joysticks?

I recently bought my first CH joystick and is simply amazing!

I don't think CH products makes a fightstick. The Mad Catz Tournament Edition stuff uses Sanwa buttons and stick so it's a quality product. You are going to spend the price of the Wii U stick in just buttons and a stick if you decide to make your own which is why it's such a great deal. Adding PCB's also allow you play pretty much on anything.

Very tempting for what looks like high quality, any idea if its going to show up cheaper anyplace else? Is this the start of Wii related product dumping?

It was $50 a couple of weeks ago but honestly I doubt it's going to sell for cheaper than that. The buttons and stick alone cost what they are asking for it right now. I am pretty sure once they are out of stock that's it.

$50 for a stick easily dual modded is a steal. The new TEs go for around $150. I have a couple of these and they are great quality. I have a dual modded Xbox 360 one, a PS3 one I only use in tournaments, and a 360 one I only use in tournaments.

The Wii version can easily be dual modded to use PS3 / PC, and with an Xbox 360 controller, be dual modded for the 360 (need the controller PCB for the signed verification to use on the 360).

Once these are gone, I am going to assume they are gone forever.

Nice. How come you went for that one? Did you not want to deal with soldering on the MC Cthulhu? You ordered 2 fightsticks?

I was too impatient to wait for it to come back in stock. Ultra SF4 is coming. Lol. Oh and yeah got two sticks so I can continue to whoop my friend.

Just ordered the Akishop PS360+. Decided to go 360 compatibility because I have Tekken Tag for 360 and also because local fight club has 360's as their console of choice for SF4.

Got my Akishop PS360+ from Focus Attack just now. Will install tonight and let you know how it goes with my 360 and PC. Decided to just ditch the Wii U functionality altogether for now unless there is something I want to play later on.

I'm interested to know how it goes!

Took the thing apart last night and it's pretty much just like PS3 sticks with the board being the one with the home button. Needed a multi-meter to see what are the solder points for the home and turbo button so will continue tonight. Also managed to slice open my finger real good.
