macys.com shipped when i cancelled, what can i do?

i placed an order at macys.com earlier in the week, and 10 minutes later changed my mind, called the 800 #, the CSR told me my order was cancelled. A few days later I receive an email saying my order cannot be fulfilled. Then today i receive an email saying my order had been shipped and it looks like my CC was charged.

What can i do?

If it is sent UPS/FedEx, just refuse the shipment and they will send it back.

i can't refuse the shipment it goes to some place at my college first....and they lose half the mail anyway, so i may never see it.

What else would you expect them to say?? Keep it and we'll give you a credit anyway?

Suck it up and either wait in line or go to a Mailboxes Etc. and ship it to them.

Not always possible on a college campus if you live in a dorm.

It's not like they told him to go screw himself. They gave him the option to ship it back, but he's just too lazy to do so.

Contract someone to go kill the head of their shipping department, it will send a message to them not to mess with you.

actually i'm speaking to someone else and they said i have to refuse the shipment but i can't do that. so i'm gonna speak to a supervisor...stupid macys, don't mess with me i pricematched at COMPUSA!!
