Hey, I called in my order at 1800 289 6229 and only had to wait about two minutes.

I was able to add orders together and not incur separate shipping charges by talking to CSR.

When I ever-so-innocently asked her why Macy's website was slow, she remarked that some people are posting the link in chat groups and hammering up with their servers. To which I replied "The Nerve"!!!

I called Macy's twice and tried to combine two different orders but was told it was not allowed so YMMV.

Grrrrr...Macy's will only pricematch up to 10 days after the order was placed. I ordered some jeans 14 days ago that were already drastically reduced, and now they've been slashed again by another 55%. CSR wouldn't adjust it

Yes and no...the items I ordered (4 of them) were $18.99 or so, minus 15% off...now it's priced at $8.10.

LOL How truly inconsiderate some employers can be! Don't they understand that waiting until you're at home means that the deal will be gone? There must be some wording along with the freedoms of press, speech, religion etc that covers the right to a speedy conclusion of Hot Deals!

i'm so mad i missed the $170 Timberland oxford shoes for $25!!! I needed those so bad..by the time i checked around 9am they had size 10.5 i needed a 10...i probably should have gotten the 10.5 while they had it.

Macys is INSANE!!! I got 3 pairs of 11.5 Timberland boots took them back today to the local Macys to exchange for 9.5's. The sales persons called department manager who then called the store manager down. None of them could belive I had gotten such a good deal!! After a few phone calls I walked out with Timberland boots at 80% percent off the retail price!
