Macys.com Clearance Blowout- New Stuff Added Mon....

Macy*s is planning on blowing out more clearance merchandise at the macys.com site next Monday, 1/21. The site is brought down every day at about 2:00 AM (Pacific) for updating so the new clearance pricing should be up around 4:00 AM on 1/21.

Unfortunately I do not know yet what merchandise will be clearanced out however, in keeping with our past clearance events, there will be some pretty hot deals.

PS: Don't even try to use the SURJAN promo code! SURJAN is a dirty word around the office these days...We will not be doing any promo codes any time soon after the beating we took on that one.

Damnit! I can't seem to get past the "Billing" part and into the "Order SUmmary" section... Anyone else have trouble with this?

I had trouble too - 2 hrs to get 2 orders done and i had to checkout unregistered, it bounced me back when I tried to sign in. also it incorrectly told me twice to reset all quant to zero - when really only had to reset one item to zero.
I spent 2 hrs for 2 orders - 140$ total, valentines day is done with purses and pajama's and sweater, and a belt + wallet and shirt for me.
BUT - if I could have checked out on #1 try - I had 320$ in cart.
Site is getting hammered

Check to make sure you arent getting a message on the order summary telling you to delete something thats no longer available...
Its also possible that this is just server error due to volume right now.keep trying

Don't put any faith in Macy's order system or acceptance of an online order as confirmation of stock. I called my order in at 7:00am EST becase of Internet order and inventory problems with previous Macy's clearance sales. I also ordered the Oregon Scientific NOAA weather radios and at that time there were only 6 ishowing in stock according to the Macy's CSR . I ordered four of them for our office, but doubt that I will get them beacase I am sure that some of the eBayers were waiting last might when the items wrre fist posted and cleared them out
