I was half expecting the PC to call upon reinforcements walking into the data server rooms. The connecting online bit is a just consolation prize!

I'm confused. Why did the PC lose to the Mac? The PC has better hardware, more hardware, better software, more software, better operating systems, and more operating systems. Seems like the PC could have downloaded and upgraded to Linux instead of XP, would have been cool watching the PC-bot coat itself in protective body armor and Star Trek energy shields and laugh at the Mac shurikens.

Because Macs are protected by the Reality Distortion Field, duh 😛

huh?

more opertating systems.. wtf does that mean?

yeah... the pc could have loaded linux and then it could have been good for, well...good for something.
I was expecting it to load vista, and during the load, get a compatibility report, and then downgrade (upgrade) to xp.

pretty funny video, i would anticipate a sequel with the ending like that.

i get mad as hell when i walk into the home office and my mac pro is shooting shit all over the walls and walking around.

And probably not AT

*SPOILER*

Because AT person would have the PC pwn apple 😀

I enjoyed the vid, pretty fun. Really though, I don't think you can say that either side won. The Macs ganged up and took down the small PC, but the PC activated the rest of the world's PCs.. just by market share alone that would clobber Macs! I, for one, look forward to the second installment. 🙂

that was awesome.

I didn't think the mac won... i think the bit at the end sets it up as sort of a never ending, ever escalating battle

Seemed a little fake to me. Not the graphics, they were great. It was the fact that not enough money exists in the world to buy that many Apple products.

waiting.....damn, youtube is slow tonight, only getting like 60KB/s on my 1.5MB/s line...🙁

very nice, worth the wait 🙂 typical art school....

The PC clobbered the crap out of the Mac 1 on 1. It took a whole room of Macs to bring down one PC.

oh noes....did I just fire the first shot in a new fanboy war? :Q

Nice animation, but typical Mac fanboy BS.

I wouldn't say that. Took 4 Macs to bring down 1 PC and at the end you see the dying PC send that distress signal to that long list of PC manufacturers in the world. That message alone tells you who owns who.

Alternate ending:

Mac uses boot camp to install xp and changes the apple heart into a windows symbol to sneak away from a windows pc mob.

lol, same here. I was really hoping a server rack would transform and start shooting "blades"

Well played sir.

The PC must've been running Symantec Endpoint Protection. It was clearly busy doing something in the background.
