Does anyone know how to create a scrolling text box in Fireworks MX?

I meant a fixed width/height box with a scrollbar on the side. I didn't elaborate, sorry.

Shouldn't you be doing that in Dreamweaver with HTML?

That would probably be the best option. I just wondered if I could do it in Fireworks as well.
