Macro recording software with scheduling?

I'm looking for macro software that

-Can open programs
-Record keyboard strokes, mouse clicks and mouse movements
-Has a built in scheduler

And also another feature would be nice - but I'm not sure it exists: chaining macros. Where one macro could be used in another. Does a feature like this exist?

What macro programs are out there with these features? Free software is preferred, but paid is fine too if the features are worth it.
