Can anyone recommend any good sites/forums for Macintosh and Windows system admins and power users, besides this one?
Best practices, server hardening, security, scripting and technical aspects is what I have in mind.

You can try ars, they have Mac and Windows specific forums. But there are definitely some very intelligent Windows users here, and a couple Mac users.
