Just read through last month's Maximum PC and read where they compared dual Proc G4 to 2 different similarly configured PCs. Either one alone whipped the G4 even at its own tasks.

Me and a friend recently took a Macintosh computer that he had and we tortured the hell out of it. We started with some M80s all over it. Little damage done. So instead we dumped deasel fuel on it with a bunch of M80s in with it, that fuel doesn't burn very well. Then we did the same with Charcoal Starter Fluid, that did the trick burned up all of the boards and melted most of the plastic parts inside. Amazingly drives looked like they might still have worked.

I would post a picture but I'm not sure how to go about doing it.

I would like to hear some other stories of Macintorture if anyone has them.

Aw come on guys, it was just for fun.

Would it make you feel any better if I said we would have done it to a crappy PC like a 486 or Pentium if we had one.

And no that doesn't make me cooler than you. I just wanted to hear some stories about people destroying Apple computers. Instead no, I get bitched out by a couple of forum users.
 
Hmmmm. See...we don't intentionally harm our computers here. Your gruesome story makes me lament over that perfectly good piece of curcuitry.

I suggest damaging less valuable equipment next time. Like babies, or puppies.

Next time I'll just set back and instead of trying to post something that might make for some interesting posts I'll spend my time complaining about what other topics people post.

If I'm looking at the picture right it says Macintosh IIx (something really old with like a 500MB hard drive and floppy only).

It had some massive daughter board in it and am not sure what it did.
