Machine Hangs with a Audio Tone

Hello!
I have SB live 5.1 in my PC (SB0060).The problem is that my PC hardlocks many many times with a distinct Audio Tone.
I have downloaded and used the latest drivers. My OS is WinME ,but the problem also there in win2k(Using latest drivers).
My motherboard is TOMATO(ZIDA) (AMI BIOS) with intel 810 and celeron 600e.
Please Help me on this.Where can i download the latest version (FULL) of Playcenter.
I have even tried changing slot's .

 
I have chnaged the slot,but the problem is there .And i am using WDM driver's so there is no dos emulation mode in it.
