Machine been broken for a while, finally giving up and replacing mobo

Ok I have been trying to build my machine for close to 6 months now.

i have a Core2Duo e6700
Corsair XMS2 DDR2-800 2gigs
7950GX2 vcard
Seasonic S12 600W PSU
Creative Fatality Sound Card
2 WD 300GB SATA drives

my current mobo is ASUS P5N32 SLI SE

I have RMA'd it 3 times and its failed me everytime. worked for a while but crashes and then refuses to go past POST. I replaced my PSU graphics card hdd etc and ran memtest86 on my ram nothing worked. soo i need a replacement mobo. I was looking online and i can't find any mobo that is not failing on peoeple constantly. I need suggestions and if someone has a build similar to mine.. which mobo worked for you?
I'd appreciate any help... coz im out a lot of money and i don't have a working machine. Hell I even called Geek Squad .. and that guy did everything i did and then told me to RMA my mobo again and also rma my CPU. tried that and SAAAMMME issue. if you guys can think of somethign i haven't tried or got reccomendations for a new board please tell me...

THANKS A TON for any help

You should like the BX2, haven't tried any major overclocking on mine yet (and probably won't) and it was the easiest and most stable build I've done in a while.
