MacGuyver. Even without the items mentioned in the OP, MacGuyver would still win, here's how: Chuck would get the first kick to the head, MacGuyver would take the teeth knocked out of his head, the dirt off of Chucks shoes, pack it all in his fist, then using the metal fillings in his remaining teeth he'd cause a spark while holding the fist to his mouth. The teeth in his fist would shoot out like a shotgun blast BOOM HEADSHOT! Game over for Chuck.
