Macbook5,2 memory upgrade

What up, i got a quick question. I have a mid 2009 Macbook5,2 and was wondering what the max out is on my HD and Ram? i know i could possibly go 6gb on ram but im not to sure how accurate that statement is. any ideas?

Officially, it's 4gb DDR3-1066. Sky's the limit for Hard drives. Any 2.5'' SATA drive will work. IIRC though, ones over 500gb might be too fat to fit in the internal bay. I have a 500gb in mine.

I am about 99% sure that at this point, all 500GB drives (at least any that are sold new on Newegg) are 9.5mm thick which is what you want. The very first ones were thicker, at 12mm, but not anymore.
