I usually use a humid soft lint-free cloth, you shouldn't need to use any chemicals.

Awesome! You'll find that OSX is a great OS and pretty much trouble free. It's not perfect, but it beats Windows IMO. My MBP has held up pretty well over the past year I've had it. Only issue was with the battery which didn't keep a charge. It was covered under warranty though and was a quick turnaround. Really wish I had more HD space, 100GB just isn't enough these days.
