macbook pro 13" screen bleeding

Hey, i got a mbp 13" last august, and im really happy with it except that i notice some screen bleeding during the windows xp boot screen, and when i'm watching movies with the dark edges. i thought this was just a slight defect in my screen, but a friend recently bought a mbp 13 and his screen has the same amount of bleeding as mine....
the bleeding is on all 4 edges and is about 1.5cm into the screen from the edges on all sides. i only notice it when the screen is all black but it still does bother me... is this amount of bleeding normal?

also, the super glossy screen really gets to me sometimes (when i want to use low brightness for more battery life but its like im looking at a mirror). is there any way to reduce the glare at all?

Its a mac just restart it, oh wait..

Any how, Glossy screens do suck.. like who ever invented it for laptops needs to DIAF.

Yes light bleeding is normal.

I have never noticed excessive light bleeding on any mac laptop, or really most laptops. Try taking it to the store and see if they will do anything for you.
