i have a macbook air and I am using the HDMI out to an LG TV

is there a way to get steam games (HL2, Portal 2) to output fullscreen to the TV?
 
Alternatively, close the lid. That will also free up more memory for the second screen.
 
thank you this works, i played with that option before but did not know you can drag the bar
