Get off your high horse asshat. You think I didn't already look? You try doing a search for shakespear quotes. You'll find thousands upon thousands of pages just listing his works. Then if you are lucky to actually find some sort of translation it is usually a general synopsis of a passage or a whole fvcking scene. I need a literal translation.

Just found it myself. gentle weal is defined as "lawful (or "non-violent") commonwaleth. The line employs rhetorical prolepsis: the 'weal' is 'gentle' after it has been 'purged'."
