I installed the Mac2Tivo app to my new iMac and I am having some issues transferring movies from my mac to the tivo.
I had it installed on my old iMac that I just returned and never had a problem transferring anything. I'm not sure if its a codec issue or something. I do have perian installed on the mac so .avi files are being played correctly in quicktime. I also have VLC installed and it plays the movies fine as well.
Now, I took one of the files and converted it in VisualHub to a .mp4 file and they are being transferred and played correctly. Is there something I am missing here? I'd hate to transcode every single movie I have to mp4 in order to have it streamed to the tivo via the mac2tivo app.
