My quicksilver is worth about 1500 bucks (1.2gb ram, 140gb space, radeon 8500 etc) plus the lcd is another 800

If I had a mac, I would definitely have something from here on my desktop.

Usually it's the other way 'round. People putting themes that make their Windows XP machines look like a Mac. That's ok because the interface does look good. But that's about as far as it goes with the Mac...
