Mac to win file conversion

i managed to save some Mac data through a SCSI External HD.
now i want to convert certain files.
the files im concered about are made with 4TH Dimension database program.
is there a software by which i can convert those file to MDB MS Access files???

Ugh. I hate 4D. It wasn't by chance part of the PIMS accounting software package, was it?

I've been trying to figure this out for a while. Short of doing a textual data dump and mass import into Access, I've had no luck.
 
So u r saying that i shouldnt even bother?
in fact we r having the similar situation here. accounting files.
but i heared (Mac 2 Win) or (Mac Opener) are designed for such things.
what do u think?
